Warranty, shipping and returns
The terms every TELKO LLC order is sold under. If anything here conflicts with a written quotation we have sent you, the quotation wins.
Every laptop carries a 6-month warranty from the date of dispatch, covering hardware faults: motherboard, screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports, hinges and storage. Batteries are consumable and are covered for 30 days against failure to hold a charge at the health stated on the listing. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or software and operating-system issues.
Grade A has minimal signs of use and battery health of 85% or above. Grade B has light signs of use and battery health of 80% or above. Grade C has visible cosmetic wear and battery health of 75% or above. All three grades are fully tested and functional; the grade describes appearance and battery, not capability.
If a unit arrives in a condition other than the grade it was sold as, or with a fault present on arrival, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, return shipping included. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within seven days on retail orders where the unit is unmarked and complete, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Bulk and wholesale lots are sold as inspected and are not subject to change-of-mind return.
Orders ship from Sharjah by tracked courier. Shipping is quoted per destination and confirmed by email before payment, because rate and duty vary by country and by weight. Buyers outside the UAE are the importer of record: customs duty, VAT and clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer unless the quotation says otherwise. Export documentation is prepared on our side.
We accept card payment by secure link, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on delivery inside the UAE. No card details are collected on this website. Orders are confirmed once payment clears, except for approved account customers. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude shipping.
We collect only what an order needs: name, email, phone, and delivery address. It is used to quote, ship and support the order, and is shared with the courier for delivery. We do not sell customer data. Every device we sell has its storage wiped before resale, and any data left on a device traded in to us is destroyed.
