What buyers ask us
Do you only sell refurbished equipment?
No. Under our Shams trading licence for computers and peripherals we source new laptops, monitors, docking stations, networking and accessories from authorised distributors in the UAE.
Can you mix new and refurbished on one order?
Yes, and it is common: new machines for customer-facing staff, graded refurbished units for back office, on one invoice.
Do you do installation?
In the UAE we handle delivery, imaging to your standard build and desk-side setup. CCTV and networking installation is available through the TelKo group in Sharjah and Dubai.
