TelKo sources, tests and exports refurbished laptops, and builds its own business software in-house. Two different trades, one standard: nothing leaves here that we would not put on our own desks.
Sourcing
We buy business fleets and lease returns in volume, favouring models with strong parts availability and long driver support.
Testing and grading
Battery health is measured, and screen, keyboard, trackpad, ports, speakers and hinges are checked. The unit is then graded A, B or C.
Refurbishing
Failed parts are replaced, the drive is wiped, a licensed operating system is installed, and the machine is cleaned inside and out.
Dispatch
Packed for transit and shipped by tracked courier, single units or pallets, with export paperwork handled on our side.
How we grade
Grades describe cosmetic condition and battery health. Every grade is fully tested and functional; a lower grade is a cheaper machine, not a weaker one.
Excellent
Minimal signs of use. Battery health 85% or above. No functional issues.
Good
Light signs of use on the lid or palm rest, fully tested. Battery health 80% or above.
Fair
Visible cosmetic wear, fully functional and tested. Battery health 75% or above.
Warranty and returns
Every laptop carries a 6-month warranty covering hardware faults. If a unit arrives in a condition other than the grade it was sold as, tell us within seven days and we will replace it or refund it.
Why refurbished matters
Most of a laptop's footprint is spent before it is ever switched on. Putting a working machine back into service, rather than retiring it, avoids building a new one to replace it. Buyers get a business-class device for a fraction of the new price; the device gets a second working life.
